Changes to Imagery
We endeavour to make any changes you would like for requests sent within 24 hours of ordering. Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and details of the changes required. Our 24/7 support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
For changes to your shipping address, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (This can be found on your confirmation email) and new shipping address. We can change the address within 24hrs as this is when orders will be drawn by our graphic design team.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product please get in touch with us at email@example.com and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number. We will then investigate and offer a solution for you.
Note that if you upload the incorrect image, choose the wrong size, colour or product, RaptStore is not responsible for replacing these items.
If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Since your items are hand illustrated, if you cancel after 24hrs of purchasing but before shipping we will refund your order. If you need to cancel your order more than a day after purchase, we will refund the entire cost of your item If your order has already been sent to our provider or shipped then we are no longer able to cancel your order.
If you would like to return your product because you are unsatisfied, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an image of the product you received and 24/7 support team will do their best to resolve any issues.
